Getting Started

Amyron Homes building process is designed to ensure that your home or renovation is customized to meet your needs and budget.

We will meet with you to discuss your initial vision for the home or renovation, your level of inclusions, your budget and discuss how we can achieve the result that you are looking for.

The first step of our Preliminary Agreement is to produce Preliminary Drawings of your design. We will create your design firstly from sketches and over one or two meetings refine your preliminary drawings to the home that you have been dreaming of. These drawings will show plan and elevations and 3D colour perspectives.

The second step of our Preliminary Agreement is to move the home into Working Drawings. During this period, we will  engage a considerable number of professional services to produce reports and advice for your home or renovation. Professionals engaged in this process will include :-
  • Surveyors for Location, Land Contours and to check that the building is within height restrictions
  • Town Planning Advice (if in DCP)
  • Soil Test
  • Engineer to design Footings, Slab, and Retaining Walls if required.
  • Structural Engineer to make sure all Timber, Steel, Roof Trusses are compliant.
  • Energy Efficiency Compliance
  • Bush Fire Compliance
  • Fire Ant Compliance
  • Colour Consultant and Interior Design
  • Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinet Design
  • Contract Specification
  • Development Approvals
  • Building Approvals
  • Government Insurances and Levies
  • QBSA Insurances
Once we have compiled all of these reports and completed Design Information, Amyron Homes can produce a complete and comprehensive cost of your home and guarantee a fixed price contract.
As a member of HIA , Amyron Homes uses HIA Contracts and Specifications.
